In “Just Go With It,” Adam Sandler makes Jennifer Aniston his fake wife in order to win over a younger Brooklyn Decker (model and fiancée of tennis star Andy Roddick).
Sound improbable? Well, this is Adam Sandler we’re talking about.
Sandler plays a plastic surgeon who has a sure-fire method for wooing women into one-night stands: He carries around a fake wedding ring and fibs about a marriage on the rocks.
But when he thinks he’s met “the one” -– someone worth “dating” at least –- she wants details on the pending divorce from his (fake) wife. He convinces a friend (Aniston) to play the part, but during the staged encounter, the fake wife takes a call from her kids, which the girlfriend assumes, of course, are also his. And his fake marriage turns into a whole fake family.
