Plot
Milo Boyd (Gerard Butler) is a down-on-his-luck former police officer turned bounty hunter. The story begins with Boyd hot on the trail of his latest bounty; a criminal he chases from a Fourth of July parade, whom he catches, but is arrested by the police as well. Bobby (Dorian Missick), a friend of his, bails him out and tells him that he needs to get on with his life and forget about his ex-wife which is a mutual friend. Meanwhile Nicole Hurley (Jennifer Aniston), Milo's ex-wife, is an investigative reporter looking through the story of a supposed suicide, scheduled to appear at a court hearing due to being charged with assaulting a police officer (which she later clarifies was slightly knocking into an old police horse while trying to drive around traffic). The morning of her trial, however she gets a big lead on her story and leaves before attending her hearing, thus receiving a court order and removal of her bail rights resulting in a warrant for her arrest. Nicole goes to meet her informant Jimmy (Adam Rose) but just prior to her arrival, he is forcibly removed from his car and kidnapped.
Milo hears about Nicole skipping bail, and the promise of receiving $5,000 as his share for capturing her, he believes the whole situation to be a dream come true. He learns from his investigations that Nicole went to visit her mother Kitty (Christine Baranski) in Atlantic City and comes across her at a race track, using his memories and knowledge of her to capture her. After a failed escape attempt, Nicole uses money and her knowledge of Milo's gambling habits to make a wager; if he wins $10,000 at the craps table, he will let her go. He is successful to $8,000 but a subsequent argument causes him to lose everything. After securing Nicole in a hotel room, he proceeds to also lose his paycheck in gambling.
The next day, Nicole uses a tazer on Milo and makes another escape attempt, only to be foiled again when Milo catches up with her. Nicole's leads inadvertently finger Bobby in connection to a man (Peter Greene) following the two of them whose intent is to kill her. Milo and Nicole run from the man and the ensuing car chase causes the man to overturn his SUV and abandon it. They get the name 'Earl' from the car and point them toward a local country club. While undercover, they learn that Earl is employed at a tattoo parlor called Blue Ink, and start making their way there. Bobby contacts them and warns the pair to stay off the road.
They stop at Cupid's Cabin, the bed and breakfast in which the couple had celebrated their honeymoon. Each realizes the other has feelings for each other, but overhearing a conversation with his employer, Milo seems to imply he's only wanting to sleep with Nicole, turning her cold shoulder on again. She eventually handcuffs him to the bed and escapes again; This time going to the Blue Ink. She finds Jimmy and frees him before she is captured by another pair, who are looking for Milo in order to pay off an $11,000 gambling debt. Milo comes to rescue her, and they find out the connection that Bobby and Earl were once friends, both police officers, and a recent move of stored evidence would give the pair of them access to confiscated narcotics.
Bobby arrives and meets with Earl, but Bobby plans to turn Earl in, and there is a shootout, leaving Bobby injured. Milo goes after Earl but is briefly at a disadvantage when he is ambushed by the man. Nicole approaches with a shotgun, forcing Earl to surrender. As Bobby is being loaded into an ambulance, the pair tell him that they implicated him in connection, briefly offending Bobby. Milo and Nicole, while appearing to have reconciled admit that they each need to put their jobs first; a step that Milo takes to turn Nicole into the police. Milo then punches a police officer on his way out, and is also arrested, being placed into a cell adjacent to Nicole. Through the bars they admit their love to each other, and kiss.
Courteney Cox and David Arquette Plan to Take Coco Trick-or-Treating
When announcing their separation, Courteney Cox, 46, and David Arquette, 39, were vocal about remaining responsible parents to their daughter, Coco, 6. And it looks like they are making good on that promise.
The family will spend Halloween trick-or-treating together. "Sunday, yeah we go trick-or-treating," Arquette said at the screening of his short film The Legend Of Hallowdega presented by AMP Energy Juice on Friday at the Hollywood Roosevelt hotel. "Coco is going to be a bumblebee and Courteney is going to be a sunflower." As for his own costume, Arquette is looking for something to match and joked, "I'll put on a flower suit or something."
It won't be the first costume the actor will put on for the holiday. Arquette will be in Las Vegas on Saturday night and plans to dress as Elvis, along with two friends. "We're going to be all three walking through the place," he said, "It's going to be ridiculous."
Arquette also plans to have a lot of fun at his new event, David Arquette Presents Beacher's Madhouse, at the famed Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel. The Vaudeville-themed party is a setting close to Arquette's heart. "My family goes back two generations, three generations to Vaudeville and it's always been in my heart and something I love," he said. "[It's] a lot of fun, people laughing, dancing just having a blast."

Jennifer Aniston Switches beauty salon after credit-card scam
Jennifer Aniston has said she was not surprised when she heard a Beverly Hills beauty-salon owner had been charged with celebrity credit-card fraud
Aniston was among a string of celebrities who authorities say was scammed by Maria Gabriella Perez.
Aniston, 41, revealed on Good Morning America earlier today that she had stopped working with Perez five years ago.
The Switch star said: "We had a situation that was not cool, so I just stopped going to her. I paid the money and left.”
She added: “I knew something like this would eventually happen because there's no way you can get away with that. It's terrible."
Authorities say that Perez, whose clients include Halle Berry, Liv Tyler, and Melanie Griffith, stole a reported $214,000 from actress Anne Hathaway alone over a five-month period last year.
Perez faces up to 25 years in prison if convicted.

Jennifer Aniston Takes Her Pooch To The Shrink
Jennifer Aniston’s dog Norman is 15-years-old and he’s in a bit of a funk these days, so the 41-year-old is sending him to the shrink, says National Enquirer.
The tabloid says that Norman no longer wants to go for walks, quit coming when she calls him, and even wandered off the set of her new flick Wanderlust, while she was filming with Ray Liotta in Atlanta, Georgia. This is not typical behavior for the mutt, hence the need form him to see a shrink.
“Jen became seriously worried about Norman’s mental health after his disappearance,” said a source. “He came back dazed and lackluster and often doesn’t seem to recognize her.”
The doggie shrink quickly made a diagnosis. It turns out Norman is depressed.
“The dog therapist said that’s what’s causing Norman to act oddly,” said the source. The doc also recommended canine anti-depressants for Norm, but Jen Aniston didn’t want to get the poor old fellow hooked on powerful drugs.
“She’s hoping she can coax him out of the funk herself,” said an insider. “People may laugh at her, but Norman really is her best buddy.”

Jennifer Aniston’s movie “Wanderlust” is about finished and before she wanders on out of here she joined friends for a farewell celebration.
She joined co-star Paul Rudd and several other cast memebers on Wednesday night for a wrap party at Ecco in Midtown – hosted by Alan Alda – who joined the cast of the film. The place was locked down pretty tight, with Jen’s bodyguard sitting nearby enjoying a steak and keeping any potential onlookers away. The movie will be filming some scenes at a truck stop in Lawrenceville Friday as things wind down.
Jen has been spotted several times at the St. Regis hotel during her time here. A source told us she had stayed there several weeks ago, before “Wanderlust” headed north for a few weeks of filming in Clarkesville. Then just yesterday, Dr. Chip Cole told us he saw here there again. In a funny twist Cole, a plastic surgeon, was at the St. Regis giving a seminar on non-surgical and surgical ways to look great at any age, and gave Aniston as an example of someone who looks better every year. Then he ran smack into her!
Oh wait. Back to Ecco for a minute. If you want to check it out go this weekend or plan to visit next Tuesday. On Monday, you’ll be out of luck. A tipster tells us “The Change Up” has completely rented the place out for some scenes. That’s the film with Ryan Reynolds and Jason Bateman, who, by the way, had dinner at Aria on Tuesday night along with actress Scarlet Johansson. “The Change-Up” has been filming in Buckhead, as well as Inman Park and downtown Atlanta.
And Luke Wilson is in town for a project called “Yellow” and was spotted at both the High Museum and The Counter in Roswell over the past few days. He’s the brother of actor Owen Wilson, who took a serious shine to the St. Regis wine bar while he was in town for the filming of “Hall Pass.” Maybe Luke will stop by, too.

The movie has been shot throughout Georgia since mid-September and will wrap up in mid-November with two days of shooting in New York.
Crews were at the Gwinnett Diner for more than 24 hours preparing for the scene, which took about 12 hours to film. The actual scene will only be about 3 to 4 minutes in the movie.
Edgar Fussell, who has owned the diner for about 2 1⁄2 years said he was thrilled when they chose his diner, “Just to bring something like this to our town means a lot.” His wife, Vickie, was used as a waitress for the scene.
The movie “Road Trip” was also filmed at the diner.

After apologizing for sharing too much on his last interview, David Arquette spoke candidly again on Howard Stern's SIRIUS/XM radio show, revealing that he's slept with more than one woman since his split from wife Courteney Cox, but alluded that the actress is also dating again.
In his last interview he admitted to sleeping with waitress Jasmine Waltz during his separation, and in his most recent chat with Howard, the actor disclosed that he's had sex with yet another woman. He says he hooked up with an Australian blonde woman he met at a party held at the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood. After revealing this he said, "I’m pretty sure I’m up sh**’s creek right now."
He continued, "After the first girl I slept with I was crying. I know that’s not very sexy. ... What it does lack is that emotional love that I always have with Court." Though he wouldn't go into the financial details of his relationship with his estranged wife, he did reveal that there is not a prenuptial agreement.
Howard inquired as to whether David would consider dating Jennifer Aniston, of which he responded, laughing, "Not right, not good. Cool it. Settle down." David said he's never even considered sleeping with Aniston and reminded Howard that the actress is his wife's best friend.
As for the rumors that Courteney is dating her "Cougar Town" co-star Brian Van Holt, David referred to the actor as "a cool guy." He said of his wife, "Everyone has their problems but she is incredible. Any guy would be blessed to be with her. ... I don’t have any hard feelings for anyone. David Arquette isn't letting his split from Courteney Cox get in the way of bonding time with daughter Coco.
Arquette, 36, took his little girl to Mr. Bones Pumpkin Patch in West Hollywood for a day of face-painting and fun on Sunday.
